Daily Duties at Unisys Corporation (Formerly Burroughs Corporation):
Primary responsibility was to answer to problems on the sites that were either repeats, causing customer dissatisfaction or down for extended period of time. I kept current on equipment updates and manufacturing change notices. Distributing to Field Engineers that update and changes affected. I filled in as Field Support Manger in his absence. Sperry and Burroughs Corporation merged in the spring of 1986 creating an environment of transition and a steep learning curve. I would go to Sperry sites to learn what I could. I was former Burroughs employee.
