Daily Duties at Verizon:

Led team to meet and exceed assigned quotas and manage churn. Assessed individuals and team performance and initiated development plans to narrow competency gaps. Ensured retail area storefront, merchandise and literature is in conformance with the merchandising plan. Developed, trained, motivated, and coached sales team to produce desired high performance results. Analyzed staffing needs of the store and provided hiring and promotion decisions, and initiated disciplinary action, as appropriate. Responsible for financial and sales reporting. Maintained and grew existing customer base. Resolved escalated customer complaints. Maintained knowledge of company and market promotional elements. Remained current on all wireless products and services, industry and competitive trends, and reinforced findings with the team.
