My Responsibilites where to handle every bar and resturant in our territory. I have saleman under me selling the accounts products on a daily bases Im in charge of making sure our Draft portfolio grows in accounts and making sure we are leading with our products in there accounts. I am in charge of making Monthly Goals for our team and ensuring our team hits them. I tavel all of the state checking on new accounts that are opening to ones i try to see on a monthly bases. At the Begining of each month I complete our Monthly Marketing plan.I ride with each salesman twice a month to obcerve,critique,and improve their performance.Work directly with area venues and sport properties to conduct on-site activities that reinforce national and local promaotions. Assist in the implemantation of national promotions thatare supported with media and value -added marketing.
