Daily Duties at Professional Services Group:
•Maintained HR Data Base and regularly updated the personnel information. •Prepared contracts, employment package, and followed up with interviewers on commencement formalities. •Verified the collection and transportation of money and made sure its accurate. •Monitored daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreements. •Visited customer sites to evaluate and resolve issues, seeking service alternatives where appropriate. •Maintained all customer contracts “in force” and extended/renewed in a timely fashion as needed.
