Daily Duties at Dallas Area Rapid Transit :
Analyzing Agency's systems, operations, procurement contracts and proposals to determine those areas of potential and accurate sub-trade areas for inclusion before contract award and board approval. Establish and maintain record of participating contractors and subcontractors. Provided pertinent information through involvement in pre and post bid conferences. On-going communication to management and clients to encourage, maintain top notch working relationships, including utilizing resolving conflict skills. Perform off site visits to all Agency participants during performance contract period to promote and maintain customer client relatonships for continued client vendor trust and resolving discrepancy issues.
