• Underwriting principal investment opportunities (office, residential, hotel & development) in New York, Washington, D.C., Florida and California, including an 180,000 sq. ft. Class A office complex in Beverly Hills, CA. • Sourcing off-market investment sales, equity & debt placement deals both nationally and internationally. • Preparing investment prospectuses for capital partners and negotiating joint venture structures.
