Daily Duties at Retail Sales Management:
Manage/supervise/schedule personnel: increased departmental sales and associate productivity to exceed fine jewelry sales by 13% YOY; increased Belk credit accounts and increased Elite Service Jewelry Plan attachment rate from 3% - 21%. Floor Supervisor (ASM), Shoes & Accessories: Manage/supervise floor personnel, role model in sales, customer service, credit and stockroom management. Primary responsibility is to achieve store shoe plan and ensure events are set up properly and on time. 70% of time spent on selling, client development and merchandising
