Directed the daily activities of a diverse 16-member team consisting of three different customer service operations units. Succeeded in leading teams that consistently met or exceeded call center and production goals through use of performance management, employee development programs and Avaya call center technology. Primary customer operations liaison for multiple key business relationships with distribution channel partners and HSA vendors.
