Directed a 12- member team of business relationship coordinators while reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Implemented structure in an upstart organization by assessing needs, developing business plans, overseeing the documentation of processes and developing key call center metrics and measurement systems. Oversaw employee development plans coaching critical skill sets. Contributed to strategic planning and communicated strategic and tactical initiatives to employees in support of organizational goals.
