Daily Duties at Patient Care :

Directed customer operations and organizational development (OD) departments including customer operations managers, training manager, analysts and representatives. Spearheaded customer service vision and strategy. Oversaw the development and management of all customer operations and training programs with accountability for bottom-line factors including performing to service level agreements, reducing costs, efficiency gains, building scalable processes, customer experience, customer retention, service development, employee development and revenue growth. Redefined organizational structures and directed the implementation of best practices, performance management systems, process improvements, quantitative performance measurements and quality assurance programs. Managed upgrades/implementations of Siebel CRM, NEC ACD and proprietary information management systems. Reported to CEO.
