Responsible for overseeing and executing all tasks required for global front end and back-end processes involved to execute the program and convert free trials into sales. Ensure all reporting metrics are defined and develop accurate and insightful program reports. • Developed, published and managed program status reports that accurately reflected the current progress of program, pain points, key risks and identified appropriate enhancements to improve program effectiveness • Established strong relationships with web publishing team and drive global web enhancements to increase customer satisfaction and alleviate customer pain points • Managed global daily program operations to insure all countries are working in the most efficient and productive infrastructure • Analyzed program data and metrics, created and implemented effective solutions to increase conversion of free trial leads to sales and decrease trial returns. Drove program toward increasing revenue quarter over quarter • Built strong partnerships with various cross function organizations and served as representative in pertinent product and marketing task forces to ensure that global program business interests were properly represented • Streamlined global program and product communications for partners, internal sales and marketing organizations •Managed 150 person global cross functional project team
