Responsible for developing and implementing a business model for Marvell’s Developer Community. Create and implement processes to drive operational efficiencies and drive cross functional team to deliver quality results in a timely manner. • Developed and implemented a strategy plan on how to revive the developer community • Re-designed the developer community website to enhance navigation, create new modern look, simplify downloads and provide robust developer related product information and build strong relationship with web publishing team • Manage all web metrics tracking and reporting • Partnered with business units to in supporting developer community related initiatives for Universities and partners • Created case studies and templates to increase partner and product awareness in the developer community
