Daily Duties at Hollis Development:
In charge of all on-site activities including scheduling all contractors, inspections with local authorities. Co-ordination with utility companies and adjacent property owners to allow access through their property. Inspect and work with with contractors to maintain quality and safety while completing project on time. Interface with owners representatives for turnover and help them to complete their self performed part of project.
