Daily Duties at Protiviti:

Perform Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testwork by assessing the operating and design effectiveness of internal controls surrounding the business processes of the client. Design controls and create business process narratives for first year SOX clients in preparation IPO. Plan and perform critical steps of crisis response plan for client undergoing major fraud investigation by performing extensive data analysis using Microsoft Access, Excel, and Visio. Conduct interviews of client personnel suspected of having involvement with potential fraudulent behavior. Create and investigate various hypothesis aimed at determining the underlying cause of the potential fraud.
