Daily Duties at Community Renewal Team:

Assists the Facilities Director in coordination and inspection of the work of contractors and trades people. Knows,practices and conducts,periodic meetings with staff to discuss good safety habits. Conducts and documents regular inspections at all CRT facilities on a rotating bases to improve high quality and responsive facilities services,and to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement. Interviews,hire and train employees,planning,assigning,and directing work,apprasing performance,rewarding and discipline empoyees,addressing complaints and resolving problems.
