Daily Duties at Velocity Sports Performance :
I helped develop sports specific training programs for youth and high school level athletes. I coached all ages consisting of 6-8 kids per group session.I also instructed dynamic warm-ups, movement training, and lifting techniques. Lastly, I taught sport specific skills based program: focus on speed, agility and power.
