My responsibilities include managing and coordinating individual forecasts, commision structures, and incentive prgrams for staff appraisers /sociates. Marketing a company in a highly competative business. Mangaed requests for quotations, developed proposals for perspective clients, made pricing decisions on our services that kept us competative within the market, and overseeing all of the day to day business associated RPC APPRAISL GROUP.
