Daily Duties at K. Hovnanian Homes:
Look for Land Opportunities (site inspections, Broker leads), create Black Books to evaluate the profit margins and obstacles for each land opportunity which involves working directly with Land Development, Finance and Marketing teams, updated project schedules, attended Tuesday Land Mtg and actively participated in all land/project updates and evaluations, performed all escrow transactions (opening escrow, wiring deposits, closing escrow), created all White Books (after Letter of Intent is signed and escrow is opened), White Books took several weeks to assemble and required in depth discussions and input from Land Development, Finance and Marketing, held weekly meetings with the Division President and Dept Heads to discuss their Depts input and if they were meeting Land Acquisitions needs to perform efficient Black and White Books and to discuss current and upcoming issues w/ each Dept.
