Daily Duties at Abl Organization:
Having first been hired as a part-time employee performing odd office assignments, I was promoted to Member Services Manager after just months of employment. In this position created for me, I reported directly to the President and oversaw the six health care and technology Round Tables each month in the LA/Orange County area. I also coordinated the San Francisco Health Care Round Table and remotely planned all aspects leading up to that monthly event. I organized six to eight additional special events and workshops each year, the largest of which had 100-250 attendants. Being the liaison between the President and the organizations executive and CEO members, I was responsible for all Member relations, including the retention of 160 Executive-level Members from the Health Care and Technology industries.
