Daily Duties at Brinkmann Constructors:
Establishing good working relationships with owners, developers, subcontractors, suppliers and tenants, maintained shop drawings and lien waivers for multimillion project and administratively supported project managers, engineers, and site superintendents. Arranged local housing for incoming personnel, utilities, banking, etc. At conclusion of project, arranged transfer and transportation of jobsite trailer, prepared construction documents and records for shipment, utility disconnects, etc. Software used in this position was Word, Excel, Expedition, SureTrak, and AS400.
