Daily Duties at Divine Designs:

As a business owner, I am responsible for exemplifying exceptional leadership skills, while managing and overseeing all aspects of the business. These activities include, but are not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training and developing management staff to oversee the day to day operations of the salon; preparing budgets, financial statements, and completing other accounting tasks; networking and marketing the salon’s services to the community; ensuring that the salon is in compliance with state guidelines and operating requirements; and maximizing profitability through retail sales opportunities and client loyalty programs.
