Stepped into a leadership role as President and helped to expand and develop The Black Wallstreet Record's ability to break developing artists. Lead each project from production all the way through the recording cycle Dr Advocate (2006) LAX (2008). Both albums debuted at number one and two on the Billboard 200 chart. * Responsible for signing producers, artists and coordinating along with The Games label Interscope/Geffen and management Czar Entertainment to work as a single unit to continue to strengthen Game and The Black Wallstreets future in the entertainment industry * Developed artists and created multiple revenue streams through recording and merchandising. * Lead the production, sales, marketing and promotion, licensing team within Blackwall Street to create online visibility. * Hired & worked closely with user interface web designers to plan, create & implement multi-faceted user site "thisizgame.com" * Developed and implemented creative online advertising strategies to enhance the company's image, influencing Black Wall Street's sphere worldwide; and generating new revenue streams by optimizing conversion rates. * Optimized targeted traffic through SEO, PPC, affiliate programs, and other forms online lead generation. * Tracked and analyze key metrics tracking trend over time (using Google Analytics and other tools). * Facilitated the development of a “Life After The Math” dvd project with Polychrome Films and one upcoming film project with Fox Pictures * Assembled an international internet marketing and promotions team composed of: (2) managing supervisors, 20 core team members, and a group of 450 viral interns. * Secured a merchandising deal for clothing and apparel with a focus on new markets primarily in China and Southeast Asia.
