Led cross-functional team to design, build, and manage Demobilization ID Card Processing Center to support the U. S. Department of State's African Peacekeeping Mission in West Africa. Managed the IT/Communications department for the day to day operation of VSAT that supplied internet and cable TV usage within business and residential compounds.
