Daily Duties at Hntb :

1.Assisted in the planning/implementation of the $6.3B Congestion Relief Plan. 2.Assisted with the Program Manager/Program Management Office in delivering the Illinois Tollway Program ahead of schedule and $400m under budget. 3. Designed and managed a web page using Microsoft Publisher displaying all pertinent Illinois Tollway Engineering Reports on a daily basis. 4. Managed financial/accounting requests (Monthly invoices, accruals, Project Initiation Requests/ Project Change Requests, closeouts). 5. Entrusted to manage the office. Provided timely, courteous and knowledgeable response to information requests; supervised 4 employees. 6. Coordinated on-the-job training sessions to enhance office staffs level of performance, and encourage personal/professional development. 7. Troubleshooter of MS Office issues 8. Designed/created PowerPoint presentation. 9. Excelled within deadline-intensive environment, ensuring the accurate and on-time completion of all projects. 10. Demonstrated the ability to learn new organizational processes, workflows, policies and procedures with minimal ramp-up time. 11. Administrative functions (mailing, faxing, photocopying, and scanning).
