Prepared the following forms for over 26 companies: • Account Information Sheet (AIS), Invoice Adjustment Forms (IAF), Accounts Payable Voucher, Client Billback Form (benefits, vacation, training), Payroll Discrepancy Form • Monthly billing audits for several clients • Reviewed and distributed Invoices • Portfolio Budget Income Statement and General Ledger reviews on a daily basis • Ensure service level agreements (SLA’s) were being met • Designed/Created PowerPoint Presentations • Designed/Created Forms/Spreadsheets for the Company’s Corporate Office • Troubleshooter of MS Office issues • Ability to analyze discrepancies and identify the root cause; then partner with operations to prevent future reoccurrences. • Worked with Portfolio leaders in scheduling processes, ensuring that their payroll is audited and balanced on a weekly basis. • Administrative functions, including travel assistance, office party planner, general office duties, supply ordering, telephone answering.
