• Pre-production phase expertise in project conceptualization, requirement creation, gathering & documentation, process modeling, business matrixes, writing test scripts and performing acceptance testing Post-production expertise in process optimization, training, help manual documentation and report creating – completed these tasks by use of chemical engineering knowledge involving thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, structural mechanics, process dynamics and control, dimensional analysis and process safety & risk assessment, operational and structural knowledge of various heavy/light industries at plant sites, IT operational knowledge, XML data, PI software, SharePoint, SAP, Microsoft Visio, Excel (Visual Basic, Macros and Pivot Tables/charts) • Created technical manuals, involving technical research, process modeling, and editing which allowed business, sales engineers and customer users to successfully conduct plant operations, utilize & operate software related to tasks and understand all needed knowledge to maintain operations, software and hardware as well as any contact information needed - completed this task by use of chemical engineering knowledge involving thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, structural mechanics, process dynamics and control, dimensional analysis and process safety and risk assessment. Also, Microsoft Publisher, Visio, Excel (Visual Basic, Macros and Pivot Tables/charts) • Technical Specialist Expert for auditing and troubleshooting system alarms at Cooling Water & Envirox plant sites for various heavy/light industries worldwide. Exercised knowledge of Reverse Osmosis and Boiling Water applications as well. These tasks led to improved control of plant operations at various customer sites – utilized chemical engineering knowledge to complete this task • Defined the access level types & security rules for internal and external use in the web-related software systems • Managed meetings and personnel tasks for Sales Representatives, Nalco 360 Technical Experts, Technical Resource Center personal, the Nalco Global Equipment Helpdesk, Automation, Research and Marketing members on an global scale by use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
