I joined this company after a failed opening night where their internal management quit on the opening day. They were in the conversations about shutting down when I was called in to consult, enabling them to remain open and begin to grow. Conducted all staff training, daily management and direction during shifts, disciplinary actions, and employment separations when necessary.
