Daily Duties at Indevia:
Train India staff on accounting software and client procedures. Create a transition plan and procedures to enable clients to outsource back office. Present company services to CPA industry. Directed clients in migration/set-up of financial software, delivering education on the capabilities and advantages of new programs. Reviewed and established back-office processes that boosted efficiency and ensured security of sensitive data. Set up workflow to improve communication and transfer of data. Assisted in hiring of new personnel for IT and Operations groups.
