Provide value added consulting services via NeoCortex in support of process, policy, governance and solution focused projects within Services Operations. Engaged as business analyst for a transformational project to revamp the selling capabilities within our Distribution route to market. Contributions include business analysis and project management for Commerce transformation, Renewals Transformation, One Cisco Forecast, Ciber EOL, and software subscription business model enablement.
