Daily Duties at Hannadord Bros.:
Established facility maintenance infrastructure and operation to support rollout of 50+ state-of-the-art superstores under construction in 3 southeastern states and to manage ongoing maintenance service operations upon store completion. Utilized extensive construction knowledge to suggest improvements during building phase to reduce maintenance requirements once stores were opened, working closely with project managers to proactively contain costs. Monitored company standards compliance by conducting onsite visits. Managed all maintenance contractors.
