Played key role in delivering and installing equipment to support clients engaged in maintaining continuous operation of cellular networks for customers such as Verizon and Alltel during power outages. Assigned work to 7 installation crews and managed logistics and schedules. Developed and implemented efficient inventory and purchasing system. Conducted customer site visits to ensure work quality and manage employee performance. Oversaw fleet maintenance of 18-foot heavy-duty trucks. Continuously reviewed and improved operations.
