• Developed and managed a100% commission-based territory with 70 active accounts in three counties. Managed all aspects of the business including analysis, planning, and product utilization. Increased production in a competitive, even declining market by prospecting for new clients while implementing several lead generation and marketing strategies • Engaged in monthly meetings with accountants, underwriters, quality control, and top management for markets assessments and analysis for the purposes of obtaining new products
