• Responsible for the training, implementation and the ongoing monitoring of the STEPS Process at each of the +90 hotels currently under my supervision throughout the US. This results in average monthly savings of $180k. • I am the Systems Administrator for our company’s Online Reporting System (web based). I am responsible for installation, providing Level 1 and 2 support, planning, and project management of the system. We have currently over 500 active hotels in the system on 3 different servers. I also assist in developing and planning its future growth. I provided training support as well using GoToMeetings to conduct webinars. • Completing financial audits of our portfolio to help maximize billing. Currently identified additional billing potential for our company of 750k-1million dollars annually. • Spend +250 nights a year for almost the last 5 years conducting training classes in English and Spanish at various hotel brands throughout the United States.
