Responsible for delivering one stop Packaging solution for the company’s 10G CMOS transceievr IC's using subcons in Asia and Design layout and High speed simulation vendors from concept to production. • Designed, built, developed and implemented 1) industry’s smallest packaging solution for WWDM Application in 10 gigabit Ethernet Xenpak module; 2) first wire bond EBGA_B package for 10G serial transmission for very small die with high power density
