Daily Duties at First Logic:

Prepared and managed a training budget for a 75 person staff. Managed a $10 million sales and marketing compensation budget. Planned, organized and directed a wide range of sales training activities. Monitored, evaluated and recorded training activities and program effectiveness. Offered specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Assessed training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups and consultation with managers and supervisors. Developed alternative training methods if expected improvements were not seen. Organized and developed, or obtained training materials and guides and course materials such as handouts, presentations, training guides and manuals and visual aids of all kinds. Presented information in a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, large and small group exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures and games. Evaluated training materials. Designed, planned and organized and directed orientation and training for employees, customers and vendors. Monitored training costs to ensure budget was not exceeded and prepared budget reports to justify expenses. . Recruit, hire, and train all sales recruits in 17 markets across the country. Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to identify staffing and training needs based on sales goals, new products, new technology and other kinds of changes. Exemplified the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Worked effectively as a team member with other members of management and department heads.
