Daily Duties at Sooper Credit Union:
Oversee all aspects of E-Commerce for the Credit Union. • Senior Level Management of 2 Divisions, IT and Marketing. • Research new E-Commerce and technology opportunities. • Defined E-Commerce for the Board of Directors. • Created a 5 year overall E-Commerce business plan. • Analyze new E-Commerce products and services, including VOX phone system, smart cards and card security systems. • Implemented and promoted a wide variety of new E-Commerce services to help the credit union members access their accounts including, Internet Banking, Voice Audio Response, Loan by Phone, Automotive Avenues, and Internet Lending. • Product Management responsibilities. • Helped in the design and implementation of the credit union website, going from brochure ware to fully interactive.
