Major duties were the design and implementation of an E-Commerce website for credit unions across the county. Cavion provided Secure Internet Access and Internet Banking. • Senior Level Management of 3 Divisions, IT, Marketing and Account Managers. • Helped to grow Member Emporium from 3 employees to 20. • Created Training manuals for Account Managers. • Created Vendor manuals for Account Managers. • Created Marketing Collateral, including posters, statement stuffers, newsletters, and articles. • Created a 12-month Marketing Plan. • Created an implementation flow chart. • Set up all internal policies and procedures. • Hired, trained and assisted Web Developers, Account Executives and Marketing Personnel.
