Trained staff daily utilizing TSTI (KBR authored) programs and O.S.H.A. sourced lessons. Conducted quality inspections of all prepared menu items including temperature checks, staff hygiene, and service procedures. Collated and submitted operational data to supervisors and clients as scheduled. Executed weekly stock accounting, ensuring safe and secure inventory and utilization of stock. Reported and followed up on all health and safety issues to ensure safe and successful operations.
