Controlled all levels of accounting including cost accounting, general ledger, cash management, cash flow projections, budgets, Information Technology and human resources. The liaison with the external accounting firm, insurance companies, benefit management groups and banks. The focal point with the entire management team from the buying of supplies and subcontractors, construction of homes and condominiums, and real estate sales.
