Daily Duties at Imagine Home Lending:

Prepare training budget for twelve person staff. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs. Plan, develop, procure, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, on-line training, demonstrations, on-the-job-training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Recruit, hire and train loan officers, tele-prospectors and marketing specialists. Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires. Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to identify training needs based on sales goals, projected loan volumes, changes in state and federal lending laws, and changes in company technology tools. Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, online courses and other educational materials. Develop testing and evaluation procedures. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Plan, organize, and facilitate company-wide recruiting, training, and development events. Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and department heads.
