Daily Duties at Laurus Funding:
• Establish staff performance objectives and promote compliance with objectives. • Review system data to ensure accuracy of customer information. • Achieve resolution to customer inquiries and issues. • Investigate and resolve all back-office inquiries and issues. • Quarterly and Monthly Financial Analysis prepared for Loan Officers and Operation Managers Approval • Read and interpret complex legal loan documentation. • Developed and implemented internal compliance procedures • Administered guidance to staff portfolio of 500-600 accounts relating to commercial loan servicing. • Communicated with clients to provide ongoing status updates and gather information. • Monitored collateral for approved secured lines of credit on accounts receivable, inventory, and syndications. • Evaluated client account status each month; established new reserves for secured collateral. • Provided oversight for syndicated deals. • Analyzed and processed day-to-day transactions, including wire transfers, advances on collateral and incoming cash flow, libor pricing, trade break resolution • Booking of accruals and reconciliation of ledger charges.
