Daily Duties at Premium Retail Services:
My key responsibility is to increase Best Buy's overall service attachment rate in key focus areas(Manhattan & New Jersey). I do this by managing a sales team in over 20 locations teaching how to coach and train employees at store level. I present meetings, employee trainings at store, management and district level. Individual business analysis and model are done for each location.
