Responsible for the Maintenance Department’s personnel of about 18 technicians and $800,000 yearly budget, prepared Capital Investment proposals, implemented Datastream MP2 software to schedule the department’s Preventative Maintenance (PM’s), as well as implemented Total Production Maintenance (TPM), and World Class manufacturing Practices (WCM)
