Ensured timely payment of vendor invoices. Reconcile daily invoice transactions and enter daily sales into main database. Recruit, train, supervise and motivate a staff up to 40 employees. Assist in menu development and cost control. Reconcile and distribute payment to multiple vendors on timely basis. Maintain client, employee and vendor relationships.
