Communicate and implement change as directed by company management. Provided direction for warehouse operations according to company objectives. Plan and implement inventory control systems to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintained adequate inventory leverage to meet production and customer demand. Hire, Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices. Ensured efficient use of resources through the application of lean six sigma procedures and practices to reduce cost in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities. Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities. Maintained a safety warehouse environment. Regulate overtime and PTOs to meet the daily work load with the needed workforce.
