• Established and evaluated all marketing strategies for the John and Mary’s restaurants in Tonawanda. • Direct the day to day operations of multiple family owned restaurants serving Western New York since 1952 • Develop and execute a strategic plan for entrepreneurship and competitiveness with over one million dollars in property and equipment, and sales of over 1 million dollars • Directly manage all administrative, financial and operational activities including payroll, supply chain management, and facility maintenance • Recruit, select and train a staff of over 30 employees to provide prompt, outstanding customer service
