Daily Duties at Biotech:

 Managed the inflow and outflow of $6 million worth of inventory  Developed inventory control modules for inventory management systems to manage inventory cycle counts, issue/receipt transactions, forecasting, replenishments, returns, non-conforming inventory, and solving inventory discrepancy issues.  Managed project implementation, action items, and milestones in collaboration with sales, operations, quality control and production teams.  Developed materials planning, procurement and control policies including procedures regarding purchasing, receiving, raw material inventory control, packaging and shipping.  Performed analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute make to order (custom products) and build to forecast plans.  Achieved financial objective by working with management teams to prepare materials budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.  Developed and implemented time management strategies to maintain adequate workforce to meet daily workload for optimal productivity.  Developed and managed effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets.  Utilized lean and six sigma, S5 and JIT operating processes to effectively reduce waste, control defects and maintain on time delivery.
