Daily Duties at I Qor:

• Manage a team that handles all aspects of dialer and staffing for the center. • Analyze data and performance to develop strategies. • Use current and historical data to create staffing forecasts. • Create forecasting models to generate schedules for staff. • Create staffing calendars to optimize staffing. • Utilize daily staffing and adjust strategies to maximize productivity. • Review the staff using subjective and objective data quarterly. • Handle all aspects of dialer operations: o Ensure accuracy of daily inventory against client count o Create and implement filters of files based on strategy o Ensure all Federal regulations are being met during hours of operation. o Create adhoc reporting to measure file performance real time. • Develop daily performance comparisons for both internal and client use. • Develop agent summary reporting to help drive performance.
