Managed and directed the daily activities of the Program Management Branch. Functional areas managed included logistics, cost Earned Value Management (EVM), cost, scheduling. Identified and implemented Project Office requirements. Assured deliveraables were within DOD and US Army Acquisition requirements. Priortized the deliverabales, established data development and status requirements. Delegated functional responsibilities and the delivery of final products, Implemented data development for the initiation of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to include Dontract Deliverables (CDRLS) and Deployment Schedules.
