Directed operations staff in development of research, analysis of prime contract, Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)status and progress. Attemded working groups for integration of Prime Contractor deliverables and Project Office Resources. Integratead Project Management activities for program planning. Developed status of products and identified problem areas in weekly staff meetings.Provided Staff Support for three Milestone Decision Reviews(MDR).
